What is the best MBA you can get? Well, that depends. The top MBA programs tend to remain pretty static from year to year, but it is hard to say which is the absolute best. Most will say it is either Harvard or Wharton. Wharton seems to get the edge in finance, while Harvard gets the edge in management. So, depending on whether you want to work on Wall Street or some other industry, you may choose one or the other (assuming you have your choice!)

The key is to make sure you think hard about what kind of people you want to meet, what industry you want to work in, and what area you want to live in. There is some regionality to MBA programs, and many of the jobs you want will be near the school you attend.

And ok, if you put a gun to our heads, we’ll say Harvard still holds the most cachet, and is thus the “Best MBA”.
